Cost: $192 Somatic resolution is a class based in physical sensation and the relationship of your client or own self to those felt sensations in the body. Participants will be shown different ways bringing awareness about themselves and how the ability to be with sensations within the cellular memory of the body presents opportunities to free stress, tension and held memories from their person in a safe, healthy manner.
