Polarity therapy was developed over a lifetime by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981) and more that sixty years of study, practice and research. Polarity incorporates therapeutic techniques of both ancient and modern philosophies. Polarity draws upon the healing aspects of astrology, yoga, chiropractic, osteopathy, naturopathy, reflexology and acupuncture. The therapeutic methods, taught in this class, focus on bodywork techniques to release tissue, energy balancing and improving breath and circulation.

In this module, we focus on the five elements of Polarity: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. The student receives theoretical understanding of the elements but the focus is on practical application and the incorporating of practical skills into the practitioners practice. The skills shared will enrich, enhance and invigorate a therapist's practice.
