Dr. Randolph Stone fused ancient and modern therapies, including Ayurveda, Oriental Medicine, and Osteopathy into an energy-based modality. In this workshop, you will be given the tools to give a complete General Polarity session. The techniques taught are easily incorporated into a typical massage or myofascial session, and will add that extra something that will have your clients coming back for more. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Students will receive a pictorial notebook describing the techniques, purpose of each, and the Polarity Therapy Yoga Exercises.
